Mr YEO Choon Chong is the Chief Executive Officer of ASEAN Division of the Surbana Jurong Group, a global urban, infrastructure and managed services consulting firm, with over 70 years of track record in successful project delivery. Headquartered in Singapore, the group has a global talent pool of 16,000, based in more than 120 offices in over 40 countries. 

Mr Yeo manages a multi-disciplinary portfolio of infrastructure and urban projects across Southeast Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. Concurrently, he is the Group Managing Director of KTP Consultants Pte Ltd, a member company of Surbana Jurong Group. He is a senior leader in SJ Group’s management team. 

The team he manages is involved in key domestic and international infrastructure including mega airports, transport hubs, and urban engineering projects across a wide typology of buildings including commercial, mixed-use, institutional and residential. 

Mr Yeo is a qualified engineer with over 30 years of experience driving engineering excellence. He has overseen projects in the Middle East and Southeast Asia regions, including Dubai Mall and Ocean Heights Tower in Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station in Malaysia. Before joining Surbana Jurong in 2016, Mr Yeo was a founding member of KTP Consultants and was instrumental in expanding KTP’s business operations across Asia before it was acquired by Surbana Jurong in 2015. 

Mr Yeo is a keen advocate of setting industry standards for innovative design, sustainability and buildability. He sits on several professional committees including the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore to promote these initiatives.
