What according to you, Workforce of Future look Like?

The Workforce of Future is likely to interact more with machines, rather than men. Will be more entrepreneurial and less manual work oriented.

When we look at the workforce of the future, what are top of the mind issues/priorities for key stakeholders – CEO, HR and employees?

On the one hand, organisations would need faster skill development in advanced IT, and Automation, and on the other hand, there would be greater need for developing higher cognitive skills, such as creativity, critical thinking, decision making, and complex information processing.

What has been your experience with digitisation, AI & Robotics in HR? Is India ready for such a huge transformation?

As of now ‘digitisation’ in HR seems to be fairly good, but ‘digitalisation’ has a long way to go. India as a nation is ready but the spend for AI and Robotics in HR may not be justifiable with respect to ROI for organisations right now.

What are your views on “The Economic Times Workforce of the Future Summit” and how important do you feel is the need of organizing such summits?
